Scout Meeting Rooms

The Scout House side yard plus two rooms in the basement are made available as a resource to affiliated Scouting groups.

This calendar displays events scheduled for these locations. Consult the main Scout House Calendar to determine potential availability of the kitchen (not available if main hall is in use by others).

Scouting Areas Reservations Management

Scheduling these areas is done through a limited set of contacts from the Scouting groups, currently including:

• David Owen (pending change to Andy Smith) - Boy Scouts
• Kate McEneaney - Girl Scouts
• Kristine Millet - Girl Scouts

Affiliated Scouting groups must arrange use of these areas via the form below. Your request will be forwarded to these contacts - whom will respond directly to address your request. Please do not contact the Scout House office regarding reservations unless your assigned contact(s) are non-responsive after a reasonable period.

The two rooms available for use are:

• Church side: seats 12 with ample standing room for up to 12 more. This is the room with the Scouts' storage space.
• Ramp side: seats 6 comfortably or 8 in a pinch, with equal standing room.

Please note the Ramp side room is used during school hours by the Barn Pre-School staff and is available for scout use at other times.
