Help us go for the COLD - we want to add air conditioning to the Concord Scout House!

By adding air conditioning, we plan to attain greater financial stability towards achieving the Scout House mission. We often lose leads for warm weather rentals when they learn we don't have air conditioning - think June weddings! One-time rental income is a significant source of our ongoing income. And of course AC will benefit our existing long-term renters as well!

We've engaged an engineering firm to properly size the system and maintain the historical appearance of our dear Scout House (which is a real challenge given our post & beam barn construction!). All our existing cooling methods will remain available so the AC system can be managed to times of appropriate use - prolonging it's life and minimizing ongoing expense.
